SASO's branch in the Eastern Province concluded its workshops, organized for employees of Public Security in the region. SASO held five workshops, in five days, to raise awareness of the concepts and principles of quality and quality management system, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015. The workshops were held in the presence of Maj. Gen. Ghurmallah Mohammad Al-Zahrani; Eastern Province Police Chief, Mr. Tamis bin Ali ِHamadi; General Director of the Eastern Province Branch, and a number of security leaders.
The workshops were attended by a large number of police employees, where nearly (300) officers and members of Security, Police, Traffic, Security Patrols, Emergency Forces, Road Security, and Public Security Training City participated in the activities of the workshops.
These workshops come to activate the agreement signed between SASO and Public Security to provide advisory services related to quality in security tasks and missions, in an effort to improve security services according to the highest international standards in the field of quality systems. Such fruitful cooperation and coordination between both sides contribute to achieving SASO's strategic goals and visions. It comes in line with the directives of the Governor of the Eastern Province, who always urges to provide services in the best means and seek customer satisfaction according to the highest quality standards.
It is noteworthy that many meetings were held between SASO's branch and the police in the Eastern province, to activate joint cooperation mechanisms between both sides. This effective partnership resulted in many plans to promote joint action and achieve the highest quality standards in security service.
