SASO Signs Technical Cooperation Agreement with its Chinese Counterpart

     Beijing, Chinese capital, witnessed the signing of a joint technical cooperation agreement between SASO and the Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China (SAC) in the presence of the Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, and Zhang Gaoli, the Vice Premier of  the People's Republic of China. Signing the agreement came on the sidelines of the first meeting of the high-level Saudi-Chinese Joint Committee and in the presence of a number of officials from the two countries.
 
     The agreement was signed by His Excellency Dr. Sa'ad bin Othman Al-Kasabi, SASO Governor, and Dr. Tian Shihong, SAC Administrator.
 
    This collaboration reflects the continuation of the efforts made by the Saudi government in promoting ways of joint cooperation with various countries. These efforts aim to achieve Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program 2020 and to push the sustainable development process in Saudi Arabia to move forward in achieving further growth and prosperity.
