Service description

This service allows you to apply for inspection and issue payment number for imported vehicles transferred from Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, in preparation for booking appointment and visiting SASO's inspection unit to inspect the vehicle.

Service cost

300 SAR, per vehicle.

Estimation time

15 minutes per vehicle.

Service requirments

  • Vehicle entry port.
  • Customs declaration number.
  • Hijri declaration year.
* These requirements can be obtained from the review card or customs declaration. It is also necessary to book an appointment before visiting the inspection unit for vehicle inspection.

Service steps

  1. Select "Start Service" to access the service.
  2. Log in to the unified electronic services portal.
  3. Choose the customs port; enter the customs declaration number, and the Hijri declaration year.
  4. Book an appointment before visiting the vehicle inspection unit.
  5. Visit SASO's inspection unit for vehicle inspection.

​* The inspection result is electronically sent to the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority after the inspection process is completed.
