IT Employees at SASO Participate in First Experiential Learning Course
A number of Information Technology (IT) department employees at SASO participated in the first leading training course based on experiential learning principle, held at the Training Center at SASO's main headquarters in Riyadh.
IT employees participated in a valuable experience, using educational tools that simulate professional situations. Through the experience, participants' behaviors and skills are identified and evaluated by the instructor. After that, discussions are held to introduce those behaviors and skills and their roles in raising the rates of performance efficiency.
For their part, trainees expressed their pleasure that they participated in such a distinctive experience. They also indicated that the experiential learning was a leading training method that contributed to enriching their different knowledge relating to technical issues in information technology.
It is worth mentioning that SASO is very keen on providing continuous development and training to its employees in order to improve their professional and scientific levels, leading to the increase of performance efficiency rates.
