Governor of SASO Hands Prince of Eastern Province Quality Certificate for Beneficiary Service Centers

As the First Entity in the Kingdom,

Governor of SASO Hands Prince of Eastern Province Quality Certificate for Beneficiary Service Centers  

 

        His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdul Aziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, received the Governor of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO), Dr. Saad bin Othman Al-Kasabi, and the employees of SASO on the occasion of the Emirate of the Eastern Province's obtaining the Saudi Quality Certificate for Beneficiary Service Centers "Hayyak" as the first entity in the Kingdom to be granted this accreditation.     

        His Highness said, on this occasion, "We thank Allah to ease reaching this achievement, which- after Allah- is credited to my brothers and colleagues who have worked hard to implement the criteria of this newly born standard. They all deserve to be thanked. We, in the Emirate of the Eastern Province, are happy to share our experience with different bodies, both in the region and across the Kingdom. This is a pleasure to contribute to transferring experience, sharing knowledge, and hosting them in the province."  

        "The Kingdom has worked to improve the state of human being and place in addition to quality of work. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and the Crown Prince are very keen to have all government services at the highest levels. Therefore, the task is entrusted to the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) under the chairmanship of His Excellency Dr. Saad Al-Kasabi, to achieve the aspirations of the leadership to establish this standard, and visions are consistent with SASO towards achieving quality and continuous improvement. We are determined, by the will of Allah, to provide the highest quality services with the highest specifications and standards approved," he added. He praised the efforts of the team that worked on the application of the standard, and the follow-up of HE Dr. Khalid bin Mohammad Al-Battal, the Undersecretary of the Eastern Province; Prince Fahd bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, General Supervisor of Administrative and Technical Development in the Emirate of Eastern Province; Managing Administrational Development Team; and SASO Team.  

        For his part, Governor of SASO, Dr. Saad bin Othman Al-Kasabi, said in his speech on this occasion, "Some of the best occasions on the heart of every citizen who cares about his country and who is passionate about its development and leadership, are those events that serve as a platform for highlighting the excellence of the country and its people. There is no doubt that "Monday's" Council is a national and social landmark that gathers the word, enlightens the future, and takes all towards qualitative initiatives that have made the Eastern Province one of the most important points of attraction for quality and excellence initiatives in the giving Kingdom. He pointed out that the best witness to this is the large presence of this celebration, to hand the Emirate of the Eastern Province the first the Saudi Quality Certificate for Beneficiary Service Centers "Hayyak" as the first entity to obtain it in the Kingdom at the governmental, private and non-profit levels.    

        Furthermore, Prince Fahd bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, General Supervisor of Administrative and Technical Development in the Emirate of the Eastern Province, thanked Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdul Aziz, Prince of the Eastern Province; and Prince Ahmad bin Fahd bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Prince of the Eastern Province, for their guidance; continuous and unlimited support for the work of the administrative development in the Emirate; and close observation of various details, which culminated in the Emirate obtaining the first accreditation of "Hayyak" standard.           This affirms the excellence of the team, and its keenness to compete to provide the best services to beneficiaries, in accordance with the directives of the Prince of the Province and his deputy. He praised the efforts exerted by the team, both men and women, pointing out that the Administrative Development Team will continue to work, God willing, to have more achievements and improve the quality of services, in order to achieve the aspiration of the Prince and his deputy, and to satisfy beneficiaries of various services.

      The meeting was attended by Prince Fahd bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, General Supervisor of Administrative and Technical Development; Mr. Yusuf Al-Afaliq, Vice President of the Court of Appeal in the Eastern Province; a number of People of Virtue; and the Undersecretary of the Emirate of the Eastern Province, Dr. Khalid bin Mohammad Al-Battal; and a number of people in the Eastern Province.
